GLT analyzes, advises, tests and manufactures custom-fit components from a wide variety of materials.
The spectrum ranges from simple, fast, reliable and cost-effective build-to-print component production to modifications, new designs or complex bearing calculations. We also offer re-engineering of damaged plain bearings if, for example, the customer no longer has any design drawings. We also manufacture complete assemblies for you from a single source in cooperation with renowned steel construction companies. We see ourselves as your full-service provider, from steel construction to the execution of welded structures and assembly of accessories such as oil wipers, screws, dowel pins, thermocouples, oil-resistant coatings or oil level indicators, right through to painting in accordance with your coating specifications
Thanks to a new boring machine with a table capacity of up to 25 tons and a vertical lathe with driven tools (faceplate with a diameter of 2,500 mm/2,800 mm orbital diameter), we can also produce large components in a very short time for build-to-print component production.
Extensive range of accessories
GLT procures and supplies a comprehensive range of accessories for your plain bearing. These include complete hydraulic systems or components, measurement technology and sensors as well as sealing, support and connecting elements. In cooperation with our partners Wefa and Tiefenbach, we also provide professional surface treatment and corrosion protection systems for plain bearings and components.
